Recovery Agent

ESP Receivables Management is seeking an experienced, motivated Commercial Collections Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who excels at developing business relationships and identifying opportunities to help commercial clients recover outstanding receivables.

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new commercial collections accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients.
• Present ESP Receivables Management’s collection services, explain value propositions, and close new business.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with internal collections and operations teams to support client success.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience required.
• Commercial collections, accounts receivable, financial services, or B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
