• Diagnose, repair, and service marine and industrial diesel equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support customers after the sale.
• Follow service manuals and schematics to complete repairs safely.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles.

• 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience (marine is a plus, not required).
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
• Team player willing to step in and help when needed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Rebuild experience is highly valued, but we will train technicians who are motivated to learn.
• Stable work history is a major plus — we’re looking for someone who wants a long‑term home, not just the next paycheck.
