Warehouse Associate

Position Purpose

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving operations. The role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick‑up or delivery.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.

• Minimal to none; primarily based in the branch/warehouse.
• Must be able to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously.
• Requires active physical work, including moving heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards. Use of forklifts or pallet jacks is expected.
• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

• At least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English; bilingual in Spanish may be required for specific locations.
• Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Forklift experience or certification.
• Training for forklift certification will be provided after hire.
