Directly supports the District Manager and supervises a WP Foods LLC. restaurant to achieve financial results, customer service, and culture targets;
Supervises human resources activities including recruitment, hiring, training, employee retention, performance evaluations, and termination;
Leads a team of managers and about 50 crew members to maintain high standards of service and food quality;
Oversees inventory, procurement, scheduling, and maintenance; ensures health and safety procedures;
Performs administrative duties including payroll, scheduling, till verification, deposits, and sales reporting
