Lead restaurant operations and supervise a team of managers and 50 crew members to deliver high customer service and food quality;
Manage overall financial results, customer satisfaction, and store culture;
Oversee HR activities including recruitment, hiring, training, retention, performance evaluations, and terminations as needed;
Maintain inventory and par levels with suppliers, and coordinate maintenance and safety procedures;
Assist District Manager or Marketing with local marketing strategies and community engagement
