Supervise a restaurant team including 2-3 other managers and 50 crew members to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality;
Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff; manage disciplinary actions as needed;
Manage inventory, ordering, supplier relationships, and par levels to control costs and maintain freshness;
Lead local marketing efforts and community involvement; collaborate with District Manager on promotional campaigns;
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards including MSDS and equipment maintenance; handle daily administrative duties (payroll, scheduling, deposits, reporting)
