As a Focused Improvement Engineer, you will drive operational excellence across manufacturing, improving safety, quality, performance, customer service, logistics and cost.

• Lead transformative manufacturing improvement projects that increase production output, reduce waste and improve line performance.
• Tackle complex operational challenges by identifying root causes of chronic equipment and process losses and implementing sustainable, data‑driven solutions.
• Drive productivity gains through initiatives that reduce downtime, shorten changeovers, eliminate waste and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Champion digital transformation by deploying innovative manufacturing technologies and helping teams leverage digital tools.
• Partner with frontline teams and plant leaders to solve problems, coach continuous improvement practices and build a culture of operational excellence.
• Become a technical expert in manufacturing processes such as mixing, freezing, dosing, enrobing and packaging while applying world‑class manufacturing methodologies.
• Develop and implement new standards and best practices that improve safety, quality, reliability and consistency across production lines.
• Drive proactive performance improvements by working closely with Safety, Quality and Cost Deployment teams to prioritize and eliminate major opportunities for improvement.

• 3–5years of experience in process engineering or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in Focused Improvement, Kaizen activities or continuous programmes such as WCM, TPM, Six‑Sigma, Lean.
• Strong skills in attention to detail, bias for action, accountability, written and verbal communication, data collection & analysis, problem solving and decision making.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving organization; values collaboration and clear, low‑ego ways of working.
• End‑to‑end thinking with ownership of results.

• Pay range: $71,400–$107,200 (US)
