Tops-Products is seeking a hands-on machine operator to set up and adjust equipment for production runs. You will clean, lubricate, and maintain machines to ensure optimal operation and may troubleshoot issues while submitting maintenance requests as needed.
You may coordinate crew members and provide training for new team members, performing with minimal supervision under guidance from a supervisor. Strong physical stamina is required to handle lifting tasks as described.
