We are currently seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician join our team.

Description:

Ideal candidate must be competent in troubleshooting all types of high-speed production equipment and enact complex solutions to maintain optimum production. You will be responsible for making sure that manufacturing is operating properly as designed and available when needed. This will be achieved by monitoring equipment reliability, performing required PMs and making timely repairs during emergency down time situations.

Responsibilities:
Repair/ install various components including seals, bearings, O-rings, hoses, gaskets, belts, chains, rollers, sprockets, gears and sheaves. Troubleshoot, repair/rebuild/replace hydraulic pumps. Fabricate guards. Replace and wire electric motors and drives. Repair basic control wiring. Read electrical schematics.

• Work well with little supervision.
• Follow all plant and departmental procedures and plant safety rules
• Perform Housekeeping of the maintenance shop and any equipment that you have been working on.
• Tasks may require individuals to work any shift, any department, weekends and overtime to support production and general plant needs.

• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• Proficient in troubleshooting Hydraulic, Pneumatics and Electric

Willing and able to provide your own tools

• Professional Standing: Must remain in good standing across all internal metrics, including safety protocols, quality guidelines, attendance standards, and company disciplinary policies.
• Team Alignment: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced group setting, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Policy Compliance: Strict adherence to all established company policies, procedures, and plant safety regulations.

• Physical Agility: Continuous standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting on a concrete manufacturing floor throughout the shift.
• Lifting Capacity: Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 50 pounds independently.
