Job Title: Quality Engineer
Scope: North America
Location: Covington, TN
Terms: Full Time – international sponsorship is not supported.

• Drive continuous improvement to achieve zero defects, zero waste and zero losses in the factory.
• Identify top loss contributors and execute collaborative improvement methods and tools.
• Act as Quality representative on innovation projects to ensure compliance, growth and consumer satisfaction.
• Lead sanitation and process‑oriented improvement projects and develop new approaches and tools to raise quality standards.
• Ensure execution of quality and sanitation validations and verifications across the facility.
• Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain to enable key work streams driving business growth.
• Provide quality updates to key stakeholders.
• Serve as a technical SME to support risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures such as safety requirements.

• University degree in a technical discipline or sciences (Engineering or Food Science/Technology is preferred).
• Applied knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22716, Allergen Management, Food Safety, FSSC 22000 (or similar GFSI Standard), FDA 21 CFR 210, etc.
• Preferred 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Quality or R&D; experience in Manufacturing is a plus.
• Affinity for change management and digital solutions.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, PPT).
• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in SPC processes and tools.

Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and write reports with correct format, punctuation, spelling and grammar. Must effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings. Requires ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate percentages and handle materials up to 50 pounds. Must be able to climb ladders, use tools such as wrenches, stand or walk on concrete floors for prolonged periods, and wear required PPE.

Pay Range: $88,600 – $133,000 per annum.
