Sets up and closes kitchen for total operational functionality of shift and following shift;
Prepares all items on kitchen prep list following training procedures to ensure all food items are fully stocked for a shift;
Maintains understanding of every kitchen station and follows cooking procedures to ensure safe service of high-quality food;
Works on the center-line of food production to guarantee high-quality, fast, well-presented food;
Follows FIFO inventory procedures, labels all prepared food items, and knows where kitchen items are located
