Harps Food Stores - 843 Highway 51 N - Responsibilities:
Oversee meat department operations including readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department finances and cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools;
Support meat department replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks, and inventory preparation;
Support merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signing, displays, sampling, and department procedures;
Adhere to equipment procedures, including cleaning and maintenance;
Build relationships with customers and colleagues; demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and alignment with Harps’ values
