• Lead with Ownership
  - Run the day-to-day: scheduling, inventory, POS, and operations so the salon runs smoothly and clients keep coming back
• Build a Winning Team
  - Hire, coach, and develop stylists who are motivated, accountable, and proud of where they work
• Set the Standard
  - Create a salon culture where exceptional service isn't the exception - it's the expectation

• $35-$55/hr (base + tips + commission)
• Retail Commission and Service Commission up to $4/hr - 45% of our team hits it every pay period

• Valid WA State Cosmetology or Barber license
• Management experience preferred - salon, spa, retail, or store management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
