• $31–$44/hr (base + tips + commission)
• Retail Commission and Service Commission up to $8/hr — 45% of our team hits it every pay period

• Support salon leadership with daily operations

• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
• Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members
• Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals
• Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services

• Valid WA State Cosmetology or Barber license
• Management experience preferred — salon, spa, retail, or store management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber — men's cutting preferred
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
