Family Nurse Practitioner; FNP | new graduates

A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in Covington, Washington is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborative primary care network. This Flex Care role supports multiple outpatient clinic locations and works closely with an experienced Family Medicine team to provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse and growing community.

This organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

  7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Schedule: Five 8-hour days per week
• Provides same-day access for in-person and telehealth visits
• Converts patient portal messages into telehealth or in-clinic appointments
• Supports coverage when primary providers are out of the office
• Conducts “team visits” for new patients prior to establishing care
• Performs Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits
• Assists with inbox management
• Serves as “Provider of the Day” for urgent or walk-in concerns

• Open to new graduates
• Eligible for Washington State licensure
• DEA with full prescriptive authority
