Overview
Multi Care is committed to a team-based environment that cares for patients and communities. This role supports Lab Services as a Patient Services Representative (PSR), with responsibilities including patient registration, order entry, phlebotomy, and specimen processing. The position may also involve specimen pickup, report sorting and delivery, supply delivery, and other location-specific tasks.
Responsibilities- Patient registration and order entry
- Phlebotomy and specimen processing
- Specimen pickup in offices when needed
- Report sorting and delivery
- Supply delivery and other location-specific operational tasks
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Current Medical Assistant-Certified, Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy Certification, or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligible; must complete training and submit application within 90 days of hire
- Completion of phlebotomy course or training preferred
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
- Previous experience dealing with the public preferred

We provide a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay range is $24.40 - $37.14 USD, influenced by factors such as skill set, experience, and certifications. If the position is covered by a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale.
