• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used)
• Must be able to give correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate precise movements
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 to 90 degrees and above
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area
• Exposure to fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher

• Loading/unloading bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds

• Climbing stairs or ladder for maintenance
• Stoop/bending at waist for pizza assembly station (30–45 seconds repeated)
• Crouching/squatting occasionally
• Reaching above and below 72 inches to access controls or shelves
• Hand tasks requiring eye‑hand coordination and use of tools such as pizza peel, cutter, and rolling cutter

• Deliver product by car to customers; deliver flyers and door hangers
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within delivery area; navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites
• Physical demands: carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking and climbing; multiple deliveries per shift
