Prior to hiring, we will do the following at our expense:

• Cover the cost of your Pre-Licensing Education
• Cover the cost of your Eligibility Requirements upon passing
• Cover the cost of your Insurance Exam upon passing
• Provide a $500 completion bonus after training for successfully completing the above within 28 days of beginning.
• Launch you into your choice of multiple Career Opportunities available between Olympia and Renton.

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Attend training and continuing education courses.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
