Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Actively prospect and connect with potential clients via phone, email, and networking events to grow your client base.
  • Consultative Sales: Deliver personalized insurance solutions including auto, home, life, and health policies tailored to clients’ unique needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships to drive renewals, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while completing paid training to prepare for insurance licensing exams.
  • Professional Development: Participate in mentorship and growth opportunities to become a licensed, high-performing agent.

Licensing & Additional Qualifications
  • Must obtain and maintain Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses as required by the State of Washington.
  • Licensing should be completed prior to or shortly after hire.
  • Candidates must be eligible and prepared to pass all necessary exams and complete licensing procedures.
  • Prior sales experience is necessary.
  • Comfortable with a compensation model that combines base salary and commission, where your income reflects your performance.
