Job Description
Come join are team at one of the most popular Farmer's agencies in the state. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to identify potential leads, initiate outbound calls, and generate new business opportunities. You will play a key role in growing our customer base by engaging prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs and helping them build their comprehensive protection plan.

Pay is hourly plus commission with the base hourly being dependent on experience starting at $22/hr and with highly seasoned producers earning as much as $28/ +uncapped commissions.
Evidence of strong former production a plus.

- Generate new business opportunities by making sure clients are offered protection plans for lines they don't already carry.
- Generate new business opportunities by making outbound calls.
- Run quotes for leads that come into the office.
- Help in answering incoming calls.
- Help with service requests.
- Conduct policy reviews to make sure clients' protection plans stay comprehensive as they experience life events.
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain a Property and Casualty lines in the State of Washington. We will cover licensing expenses! Licensed to sell Life and Health lines is a plus!
- Must work well in a team setting but also be able to work independently.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Must have a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently, other languages are a plus!
- Must be able to navigate computer systems.
- Must take very good notes on every client interaction.
- Must set follow up reminders to re-quote clients every 6 months.
