Pro Gen Contracting is a growing general contracting company serving residential and light commercial clients throughout Western Washington. We believe quality craftsmanship, reliability, and honest communication are the foundation of every successful project.

Our work ranges from remodels and repairs to framing, finish carpentry, property improvements, and general construction. No two projects are exactly alike, so we're looking for carpenters who enjoy solving problems, adapting to new challenges, and taking pride in delivering quality work.

This is a full-time field position working on residential and light commercial construction projects throughout Western Washington.

You'll work alongside an experienced crew performing a variety of carpentry and construction tasks while maintaining a safe, clean, and professional jobsite. Some projects are completed in a day, while others may last several weeks, requiring adaptability and attention to detail.

• Framing and structural carpentry
• Finish carpentry, including trim, molding, doors, and windows
• Decks, fencing, and exterior improvements
• Demolition and remodel preparation
  
  Cabinet and fixture installation
• General repairs and property improvements
• Basic plumbing-related carpentry as required
• Reading measurements and basic construction plans
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe jobsites
• Communicating professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors

• Strong carpentry and general construction experience
• Safe and confident use of hand and power tools
• Experience with framing and finish carpentry
• Ability to read measurements and basic construction plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions

• 4-5 years of construction or carpentry experience
• Reliable transportation
• Conversational English
• Personal smartphone capable of running the Workforce app

• Typical working hours are roughly 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  , though project schedules may vary depending on workload and customer needs.
• Rest breaks provided in accordance with Washington State law.
• Occasional overtime may be required depending on project schedules.
