$250K+ for new grads | $400K–$600K+ for experienced dentists
5 operatories with consistent patient demand

Experienced hygiene and clinical support team
Full clinical autonomy in a privately owned, doctor-led group
DDS or DMD with Oklahoma license (or eligibility)
