- Day Shift - 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
- Mid Shift - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
- Weekend Doubles with Baylor Pay - 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Sat & Sun)
- Competitive Pay Based on Experience

- Performs resident care responsibilities in a manner conducive to safety and comfort, consistent with Company Healthcare Clinical Policies and Procedures and state/federal guidelines
- Administers medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with state and federal regulations and center policy
- Demonstrates knowledge of the five rights of medication administration
- Administers and records all medications given to residents based on their specific chart
- Notifies appropriate licensed staff when a resident reports pain
- Takes and records vital signs as assigned or as required by certain medications
- Records administration of medications and/or treatments in the computer system as needed
- Responds to resident call lights, anticipates needs, and makes rounds under supervision of a licensed nurse or charge nurse
- Observes for and reports reactions or side effects of medications to a licensed nurse
- Performs all aspects of resident care in a safe environment to reduce medical/health care errors
- Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality
- Administers PRN medications in accordance with state and federal regulations and center policy
- Reports and records changes observed in condition or behavior of residents and unusual incidents as appropriate
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must pass a state-issued exam
- Current CMA certification with active CNA in the state of Oklahoma
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred
- Candidate must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and facility staff
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Additional languages preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
