Shift: (3) 12-hour shifts, Thursday-Saturday

Performs complex specialized tasks associated with the operation of CT scanners, power injectors, and related equipment in accordance with prescribed radiation safety procedures. Positions patients for CT scans using patient positioning devices and protective equipment as necessary.

• Performs all exams based on Imaging Department Protocols or protocols the exam with the Radiologist.

• Assists radiologist with routine and interventional CT procedures.

• Evaluates CT scans for technical quality, collates processed images in sequence of exposure, and labels appropriately.
