• The Branch Manager oversees daily store operations to achieve or advance sales and margin goals.
• This involves promoting sales, delivering excellent customer service, nurturing inventory levels, and balancing expenses through purchase supporting.
• Additionally, the Branch Manager fosters facility and staff alignment to safety and regulatory standards, empowering team members in providing efficient customer service, maintaining good housekeeping, and harmonizing overall operational efficiency.
• Provide professional customer service for all internal and external customers and call-in product, pricing, and technical inquiries.
• Support the outside sales team in nurturing existing client relationships and welcoming new business opportunities.
• Support the flow of accurate and timely daily processing of financial transactions, including cash reports, charge tickets, coding, costing, pricing, daily cash summaries, and bank deposits.
• Maintain the accuracy of back order, open order, and Purchase Order (PO) expedite reports.
• Cultivate and refine appropriate cylinder and hard goods inventory levels for the branch.
• Facilitate and lead training for inside sales associates on product knowledge, company policies, processes, procedures, and safety, ensuring the confidence that all associates can perform essential branch functions.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews for branch associates.
• Act as a bridge between employees and management, providing performance mentorship and guidance in collaboration with Human Resources and senior management.

• Previous management experience, preferably in an industrial environment with a proven record of successfully coaching and mentoring a team.
• 2-3 years of experience in the sales and distribution of industrial gases, welding supplies, or comparable industrial products.
• Ability to read and accurately interpret various documents, including safety rules, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), operating and maintenance instructions, and standard procedure manuals.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a cooperative team environment and effectively collaborate with a diverse group of individuals from various backgrounds and with different personalities.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• At least two (2) years of experience in a management role.
• Strong background in retail sales and customer service.
• Working knowledge of welding applications and equipment.

Pay range:$78K - $80K

Incentive pay:
This position is eligible for incentive compensation in the following program: quarterly bonus program
