This is a FT Night Position POSITION PURPOSE To coordinate and implement an individualized plan of care for each patient using the nursing process, practicing within their scope, standards, policies, values, and mission of the organization. Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Requires prioritization and critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
