• Independent CRNA practice model with physician support available as needed
• Join an established, highly collegial team of 3 CRNAs
• 75th percentile compensation with a competitive recruitment package
• 4-day workweek supporting real work-life balance
• Shared call rotation (Fridays only, approximately 2 per month)
• Diverse case mix including General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, GYN, Pain Management, Dental, and Ophthalmology
• Modern facility with strong administrative and clinical support
• 6 weeks PTO plus $7,500 annual CME allowance
