Type: Full‑Time and Part‑Time Available

Description: Blue Skies Nursing is looking for Registered Nurses to provide high-quality, one‑on‑one home nursing care for our clients in the comfort of their homes.

• Deliver in‑home patient care based on individualized care plans.
• Assess and address patient care needs, including monitoring for changes in condition and providing appropriate support for daily living and health management.
• Administer medications, including insulin, and perform diagnostic tests (e.g., blood pressure, glucose, wound assessments).
• Monitor patient progress, address caregiver concerns, and update physicians and Blue Skies Nursing supervisors as needed.
• Educate caregivers and families about care routines, aftercare, and health management.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize care plans and provide recommendations for enhanced healthcare.

• Active RN license, CPR certification.
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant training.
• Strong assessment, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, resilient, and adaptable to varying patient needs.

• Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work at least 10 hours per week, including some nights and weekends.

• Support clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Assist with patient mobility.
• Perform basic care tasks.
• Provide emotional support, ensuring the comfort and dignity of each client.
• Promote quality of life by encouraging patients to engage in hobbies, interests, and activities that bring them joy and foster a sense of purpose.
• Monitor patient progress, address caregiver concerns, and update RNs and Blue Skies Nursing Supervisors based on the scope of practice.

• Active CNA license (or equivalent), CPR certification.
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant training.
• Strong self‑management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
