Kiewit is seeking experienced Mining Electricians for their Colowyo Mine in Craig, Colorado. These professionals will maintain, troubleshoot, and install electrical systems supporting safe and efficient mining operations. The ideal candidate is MSHA certified, technically skilled, and committed to safety and compliance. • MSHA Low & Medium Voltage Electrical Certification
• 3+ years of industrial or mining electrical experience
• Experience with AC/DC drive systems, high-voltage distribution, and large electrically powered mining equipment
• Working knowledge of NEC and CFR 30 Part 77 requirements
• Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot from electrical schematics and prints
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to meet all physical requirements
• Must have all required tools
• Ability to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces (may exceed 200 ft)
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required
• Observe and comply with all safety and project rules
