Almac Diagnostic Services is a leading stratified medicine business, specialising in biomarker-driven clinical trials. We are incredibly proud to be involved in multiple oncology and immunology trials, contributing to treatments for breast and ovarian cancer, lung cancer, and more. We focus on the discovery, development, and commercialisation of companion diagnostic tests, biomarker clinical trial management, and clinical test delivery from our CLIA‑accredited laboratories.

Clinical Testing Personnel are responsible for specimen processing, performing high‑complexity testing, and generating test results in line with all applicable standards and regulations such as ISO
15189, GCP, CAP, and CLIA. Previous relevant laboratory experience and training in molecular biology technologies are required.

• Eligibility to work in the UK or possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full‑time, permanent employment in the UK.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level qualification) in Biomedical Science, Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related life science discipline.
• Previous laboratory experience and/or training in molecular biology technologies.

We currently have vacancies on the following 4‑weekly rotating shift pattern (working an average of 38 hours per week):

• Week 1 (Mon, Fri, Sat & Sun), 08:00 – 18:00
• Week 2 (Thu, Fri, Sat & Sun), 08:00 – 18:00
• Week 3 (Tue, Wed, Thu & Fri), 08:00 – 18:00
• Week 4 (Mon, Tue, Wed & Thu), 08:00 – 18:00
