• Carry out and complete inspections in line with our contractual obligations.
• Complete inspections against the industry standards and documents and internal operating procedures.
• Liaise with businesses to ensure any defects identified are understood and completed to standard and within timescale.
• Ensure inspection reports are completed within agreed timescales and to the standard required.
• Ensure the appropriate course of action is taken when unsafe or illegal gas work is identified.
• Liaise with and effectively communicate with registered businesses and occupants.

• A strong background as a Gas Engineer with capabilities and/or recent experience carrying out quality checks and reporting on the gas, plumbing and heating compliance requirements across the sector.
• Gas Qualifications and experience working independently as a Gas, Plumbing, Heating Engineer.
• Prior experience as an engineer or QC across a variety of plumbing and heating systems (boiler servicing, breakdowns, or installs).
• A professional and customer-focused approach.

• £40,000 - £47,000 (dependent on experience) + company van
• 23 days annual leave (28 days including bank holidays)
