Field Service Technician – Denver, CO

As a Field Service Technician for TSi in Denver, you will travel to client sites and perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of a variety of security systems while providing outstanding customer service to clients.

• Travel to client sites to repair, maintain, and install a variety of security systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow company installation standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance across client sites.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

• Good understanding of a wide range of security systems; experience with Lenel and C‑cure is a plus.
• Well‑rounded knowledge of various brands is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a similar role.
• Great networking and programming skills with access control and video systems.
• Can work at heights, including climbing ladders.
• Valid and clean driver’s license.
• Must carry out tasks to a high standard and follow company installation standards.
