SG Personnel are working with an established manufacturing company, based in Cramlington, who are looking to recruit a Semi Skilled Maintenance Technician on a permanent basis.
Key skills and experience include:- Planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown response
- Mechanical fault finding and root cause analysis
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Gearboxes, bearings, chains, sprockets and conveyor systems
- Welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG and MMA)
- Machinery installation, refurbishment and modification
- Continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- CNC setting and operating
- Basic electrical maintenance, including sensors and motor replacement
- Strong health and safety awareness within production environments
The hours of work are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. Annual salary is £30,000
