Your role will emphasize collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including management and staff. Key skills include a strong command of MS Teams and Outlook, driving operational efficiency within a healthcare transformation culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and prioritize complex administrative workflows
• Draft and compose confidential correspondence and reports
• Create detailed reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and workshops
Requirements:
• Proven experience in administrative support
• Advanced skills in MS Teams and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
