Take on a vital role as a Records Management Assistant in Corporate Services. This full-time position focuses on electronic records management, requiring specialized skills and customer service prowess.
Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in records management and a two-year post-secondary diploma. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in File Hold systems and will be able to communicate effectively while maintaining meticulous records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize records using File Hold systems
• Aid municipal operations by maintaining crucial documentation
• Exhibit excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Maintain sustained attention to detail in all tasks
• Use scanners and plotters for record handling
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in records management required
• At least one year in a relevant records environment
• Proficiency with File Hold electronic management systems
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
• Strong written and oral communication abilities
