Childcare Supervisor

Our client seeks a qualified and motivated Childcare Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their center in Kimberley. This hybrid role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive environment for children, parents, and employees. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of care, developing staff, and implementing effective childcare programs, with responsibilities encompassing both on-site leadership and off-site administrative tasks.

This is a key position for an individual passionate about early childhood education and skilled in leadership and operational management within a childcare setting.

• Supervise and mentor childcare staff, providing leadership and support.
• Ensure the implementation of high-quality educational programs and activities.

• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Experience in staff management, curriculum development, and parent engagement.
• Ability to manage tasks both on-site and remotely as required by the hybrid model.
