Outside Services Supervisor

Oversee the outside services team that welcomes and assists golfing guests upon arrival at the Resort and after completing their round of golf. You will thoroughly understand all outdoor-related positions associated with the golf course operation, including bag drop, starter, marshal, and driving range roles. When performing the Bag Drop duty, the attendant will greet the golfing guests upon arrival, assist them with cart setup, and direct them to the Pro Shop.

You will be responsible for the daily cleaning and setup of the power cart fleet. There will also be daily practice range setup, management, and potential range ball retrieval. The safety of our team and guests must remain a top priority throughout the season by adhering to all established protocols.

• Following training will have a sound knowledge of the functions and promotions of the St. Eugene Golf, Resort & Casino, and the surrounding area.

Qualifications: Prior customer service experience is an advantage. Knowledge of the game of golf would be an asset.

Conditions of Employment
:
This position requires a flexible work schedule that may include weekdays and weekends as well as regular day, early morning, and evening shifts and holidays. It also requires time spent working outdoors, which may include inclement weather. The position will require standing on concrete for several hours at a time.
