Front Office and Reservations Leader

Lead the hotel’s reservations and front office operations as the Reservations Coordinator. Ensure exceptional guest service while maximizing hotel revenue.

This role involves managing individual and group reservations alongside providing essential support to the Front Office team. You will monitor room availability, train staff, and handle guest concerns professionally. Your leadership will help maintain high service standards and ensure operational efficiency across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all hotel reservations and room blocks

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online

• Train front desk personnel and conduct briefings

• Handle daily operations including check-ins and check-outs

• Prepare reports and assist in monthly audits

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or front desk

• Asset:
Supervisory or leadership background

• Proficient with Property Management Systems (PMS)

• Strong multitasking and time management skills

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
