Banqueting Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and charismatic Banqueting Manager to lead their banqueting operations in Kimberley . You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquets and large-scale events, from initial client consultation and menu planning to seamless execution on the day. • Manage all banqueting operations, including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown for events.

• Develop and execute detailed event plans, including timelines, staffing schedules, and operational procedures.
• Lead, train, and motivate the banqueting team to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Oversee inventory management for linens, tableware, and service equipment.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in banqueting, event management, or a similar hospitality leadership role.
