Front Desk Supervisor

Our client is seeking an organized and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the reception operations at their hotel in Kimberley. You will lead the front desk team, ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes, handle guest inquiries, and maintain the highest standards of service. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a welcoming and positive experience for all guests.

You will be a key point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Supervise and train front desk agents, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and service standards.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee room assignments, reservations, and daily arrivals/departures.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills in English and potentially Afrikaans or Setswana.
