Night Audit Attendant - Year-Round

Join our Hotel Operations team as a Night Audit Attendant for Lizard Creek Lodge. This is a front desk, guest facing position where you will ensure the first line of contact with our guests is running smoothly. • complete hotel reservations, maintain current bookings and enforce cancellation policies
• complete guest check-ins, room reservation modifications, and guest check-outs
• coordinate with the maintenance and housekeeping team to ensure guest inquiries are handled in timely fashion
• sell lift tickets, ski/board repair packages, snow lessons, dinner reservations, spa appointments, and any other hotel or ski packages as needed by the business and/or guests
• know and adhere to the policies, rules, and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
• produce reports as required for housekeeping and maintenance out of central reservation system and other systems
• be trained in, know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
• complete other fair and reasonable tasks as requested by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotels

• Physically fit and able to perform somewhat demanding work
• Comfortable working at a desk for multiple hours at a time
• Experience working in hotels and hospitality is an asset (training provided)
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to safety and following procedures

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hands and arms
• Some moderate lifting

• $20.00 per hour + $1.50 per hour during night audit shifts as per Collective Agreement
