Key Responsibilities:
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly service to guests
• Craft and serve cocktails according to guest requests
• Keep the service area organized and presentable
• Work in cooperation with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Follow food safety and alcohol service regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of fine dining service experience
• Current Serving It Right certification
• Knowledgeable in wines, cocktails, and spirits
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
