Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service calls and diagnose appliance faults

• Deliver detailed repair options and estimates to customers

• Investigate complex service issues with strong diagnostics

• Assist in workshop repairs and product modifications

• Maintain accurate service documentation through specified systems

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience with household appliance repairs

• Valid provincial gas certification required

• Knowledge of refrigeration systems highly desirable

• Proficient in using diagnostic and hand tools
