Up to $150k base max

External Audits from start to finish

EBP is a STRONG plus. Other engagements in 401(k), NFP, other Commercial.

Our CPA firm is a bit different where are tax and audit managers also dig in deep to meet clients' needs throughout the year with all of their accounting needs. We work in industries like EBP, NFP, Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing, Engineering, Technology, and Restaurants. Most of our clients are SMB clients. We have a great benefits package, 100% medical covered for employee.

We also have summer flex Fridays when busy season ends. And we strive for work life balance during busy season as much as possible. Our Bonus structure is based on hours billed plus base salary and there are opportunities for advancement in pay every year. Due to growth we are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team.

-Reviewing audit reports, findings, and recommendations
- Primary Employee Benefit Plans EBP
-Managing projects and supervising team
-Research accounting and tax-related issues utilizing electronic databases
-Apply concepts of risk assessment
-Establish working relationships with client personnel

- Auditing
- Financial Reporting
- Previous Supervising experience - CPA is a plus
- Audit EBP (Employee Benefit Plans) and Insurance experience is a HUGE Plus.
