Procurement Specialist
The successful candidate must have the following skill set and qualifications:
Possess experience and proficiency in the following areas: procurement of school supplies, equipment, and services, purchase order software, inventory control, and excellent vendor relationship management skills. Highly proficient in all facets of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as Google Docs, Sheets and Slides. Possess outstanding knowledge and application of Quicken financial software. Experience with the student management software "Power School" is preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible. Excellent interpersonal skills a must. Ability to exercise tact and maintain confidentiality. Enjoys working with teachers, staff, and students.
