Assume the responsibilities for the instruction of the Soft Skills training program in Spanish. Report to the Director. Off-campus work within Union County may be required. Course content includes:

* Interpersonal Skills

* Communications

* Workplace Readiness

* Teamwork

* Customer Service

* Problem Solving

* Critical Thinking

* Time Management

* Computer Basics Training (Intro to Google docs, MS Office suite)

* Online Resources for Job Search

* Job Search Basics

Not required to teach all content as multiple instructors collaborate in program.

Characteristics, Duties, and Responsibilities

* Responsible for classroom instruction.

* Maintain daily attendance.

* Other related duties.

Education Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in related field required or an equivalent combination of education, industry certification and/or experience to demonstrate core competencies.

* 3 - 5 years relevant instructional experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

* This position's duties are normally performed in a typical interior/residence work environment, based on the activity scheduled.

* Some physical effort required; however, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

* Some travel required.

Terms of Employment

Flexible schedule to meet department needs. Some evening, weekends, and extended hours may be required. Ability and willingness to travel on short notice to all on and off-campus sites as needed by the college.
