You will get involved with reviews, higher level accounting projects and tax work across around 1,500 clients. Expect plenty of closely held businesses, 1040s, K 1s, advisory work and the chance to become a genuine sounding board for clients rather than just the person who files the return.
They are open to both CPAs and EAs. Experience in New Jersey or the Tri State area would put you in a strong position. CCH Axcess experience is useful but not essential.
Busy season averages around 60 hours a week with Saturday mornings during the peak period. Outside of that there is flexibility around your start and finish times and a summer schedule that gives you more time for yourself.
