DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage accounting operations related to A/R, A/P, Chargebacks, Customer’s Fees, Rebates and Inventory Accounting.
- Run daily and monthly reports to facilitate submissions tracking, validation and data reconciliation between various software reports (iContract Vs SAP Vs 3PL).
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions by following related SOPs and processes.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-quarter-year end close process
- Manage cash flow and payments.
- Any other related job functions.
QUALIFICATIONS –
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Understanding of GTN
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Excellent SAP skills
- Strong knowledge of systems and processes in Finance domain.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP system
- Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, or similar field
- Master degree preferred, but not required
- Around 10 years of experience in US Pharma Industry
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office suite
