• Develops basic industry related HVAC repair and replace industry; basic knowledge of co-operative.
• Develops basic business acumen with emphasis on wholesale and distribution concepts.
• Develops business knowledge overall Johnstone Supply business as a whole; business model.
• Develops business process knowledge in two or more targeted areas.

• Lead discovery workshops and facilitate future‑state process design.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis and recommend configuration vs. customization.
• Own epics, features, and stories in Azure Dev Ops; ensure acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Partner with architects on integrations (API/EDI), data entities, and security model impacts.
• Lead SIT and UAT planning, cross-team coordination, and defect management.
• Support cutover planning, mock runs, and go‑live readiness.
• Develop SOPs, RACI charts, training materials, and business process documentation.

• Serve as functional SME for assigned F&O modules/work streams.
• Perform issue triage, advanced troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis.
• Oversee batch jobs, integrations, and recurring business cycles (month‑end, inventory).
• Validate releases, manage regression test cycles, and support enhancements.
• Maintain functional documentation, configuration logs, and process knowledge bases.

• Document and maintain integration contracts across WMS/3PL, CRM, EDI, HR/payroll, BI.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks in hybrid legacy + D365 landscapes.
• Validate transactions and data flows between systems during migrations or process changes.
• Identify and support temporary solutions bridging legacy gaps.
• Participate in system decommissioning planning with IT and stakeholders.

• Maintain deep understanding of business processes, dependencies, and constraints.
• Build trusted partnerships with SMEs and business leaders.
• Lead workstream ceremonies, clarifying requirements and decisions.
• Translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Communicate impacts of releases, changes, and system updates.

• Define SLAs, escalation paths, and support models.
• Lead hypercare stabilization activities.
• Define operational KPIs and participate in monitoring.

• Support compliance, audit readiness, and SOX‑aligned controls.
• Contribute to BA practice standards and process maturity.
• Mentor junior analysts.
