We are actively seeking talented Senior Associates and Associate Attorneys to join our growing practice.

Job Details

Representative Matters Include:

• General liability and premises liability defense
• Tort, negligence, and catastrophic injury claims
• Professional liability and institutional defense matters
• Employment litigation, including discrimination, wage & hour, and wrongful termination
• Construction defect and construction-related disputes
• Insurance coverage and defense matters
• Workers’ compensation-related litigation
• Products liability and complex property damage claims
• Proceedings involving injunctive and equitable relief

Looking For:

• J.D. and active New Jersey bar admission
• 2+ years of experience handling civil litigation defense matters
• Experience in one or more of the following preferred: general or premises liability, insurance defense or coverage, professional or medical malpractice, employment litigation, construction litigation, or representation of institutional clients
